If you used Credit Card to create your access, you can do it yourself, directly from your account. You need to be logged in to your ReportLinker account. Just go to the "My Account" section of your ReportLinker account. You will find the link to do so on the "Subscription details" tab. There, select ‘Manage your subscription’. Now you can cancel your access.
If you used PayPal to create your access, you need to log into your PayPal account and cancel the renewal directly on the platform.
We cannot do it on your behalf as it is your personal PayPal Account.
