In this article, learn about sharing monitoring jobs and projects with your teammates.
You can share entire monitoring projects and the jobs contained within in a few simple clicks.
From your monitoring dashboard, select the project you want to share and then click on the sharing options button :
A pop-up window will appear where you can choose the teammates you want to share this project with. The ReportLinker users that are also on your account will automatically be suggested as soon as you start typing their names.
Once you click on save, the "shared with" list will be updated with the teammates you have just added.
You can also delete a member of the share list by clicking on the sharing options button again, and just removing their name by clicking on the bin icon :
Then click on save, and your list will be updated.
