Filters overview

Let's dive into the filters available in the ReportLinker app.

Standard filters will help you fine-tune your searches so you find just the information you need.

  • NEW My feeds are the different feeds and websites you have connected through Data Connect.  You can import your own sources into the platform, or configure custom crawls to get news from where you want on the web. They will then appear as filters you can set for your searches.
  • Content type can be filtered to business news, industry reports, company reports, and country reports depending on the type of information you are looking for. The filter Reports PR specifically targets sources with paid content. If you want to exclude results that will redirect you to paid pages, you can select all the other source filters and exclude Reports PR.
  • Countries will enable you to filter down the results to specific countries or regions of the world. There is a search bar in the filter section that enables you to type directly the name of the country or area you are interested in.
  • Indicators are AI-generated according to the results of your searches. Choosing an indicator will help you focus even more in-depth on a certain aspect of your search.
  • Companies are there to help you select one or several companies you want to focus on.
  • Publication date will help you calibrate the freshness of the information you need.
  • Sectors are also suggested by the AI, depending on the sectors spotted during the crawl. You can select one or multiple sectors you want to focus on to refine your search results.
  • Sources will help you find the information you need from specific websites and sources.
  • Languages are a set of filters that are language-sensitive. If you are searching for information on a certain market or country, this filter will help you refine your results even more.
