Uploading a document

This article will guide you on how to easily upload a document and work with it on the platform.

This feature enables you to incorporate your own documents into your research and use it alongside other platform sources.

 

Steps to upload documents:

This option is accessible through the Connect widget.

  1. Once inside a feed, navigate to the ‘Documents’ Tab:

  2. Click on ‘+ Upload New Document’:

    • This will open the file selection window.

3. Select your file(s):

    • You can upload files in formats such as PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, and PPTX. Simply select the document(s) you wish to upload, and it will be automatically added into your environment.

💡 Notes:

  • Upload multiple files:
    • You can upload multiple files at once.
  • File size and storage:
    • The maximum allowed file size per document is 10MB. All files are stored securely in your personal environment and are not shared or used in any other way.

How to use your uploaded documents:

Once uploaded, your documents can be analyzed using the platform’s Generative AI, which can help you extract insights from the content.

Important note:

  • Processing time: After uploading, there may be a short processing time before the documents are fully available for analysis. We recommend waiting up to 24 hours to ensure everything is processed properly.
