In this article, you will learn how you can transfer the ownership of a monitoring project.
- Head to your Monitoring dashboard
- Select the monitoring project you wish to transfer the ownership of
⚠️ You can only transfer the ownership of projects that you own to start with
- Click on Sharing Options
- From the pop-up window, click on Transfer Ownership
A new pop-up window will open where you can:
- Choose the new owner of the project by typing in their name
⚠️ You can only transfer the ownership of projects to users within your organisation
- Click on Transfer to save
- You will see the monitoring projects that are shared with you, and their owners, in the Shared projects section of your Monitoring dashboard
