Find the Search Option:
It's located at the top of your screen, regardless of the channel you're in!
How to make an efficient search ?
You have two options: keyword search or AI search. If you enter multiple keywords, we'll search for them together, with a maximum of 5 words apart.
Keyword Search:
Type your keyword and press Enter.
- If you're inside a specific channel: We'll search through all the results in that channel and highlight the keyword wherever it appears.
- If you're on your homepage: We'll search across all available channels and highlight the keyword as well.
AI Search:
If you switch to the AI search option, you can ask any question in natural language. Our AI will scan for articles that can answer your query. It will only search within the current channel if you're in one, or across all channels if you're on your homepage.
