The document I want is not displaying

When you purchase a subscription through a document. It is very simple to locate it. Keep in mind that the subscription gives you access to the whole public database, and not only to the document you chose. 


Once you select a document and you arrive at the payment page, you will see a pop-up mentioning that the document you have selected has been saved in a folder that we have created for you. 


You can either click on the image that will bring you directly to the document or go to your account online, click on the section “My Folders”. You will see the saved document.
