We spoke with Julie Goh, Director of Knowledge Management and Shukran Shaffee, Knowledge Manager, to understand their challenges, expectations when looking for a market intelligence solution and the impact on their work process since starting using Reportlinker.

When asked what made Reportlinker solution stand out, he mentions:

Shukran says “The news filter is the feature I enjoy the most and I use it a lot.”
“I also very much enjoy the “word cloud”. The word cloud showcases the companies or players of an industry in a bigger or smaller size depending on the number of times they are mentioned in the reports, stats and news.”

Before launching the best version of the platform, we allowed our users to participate in a beta testing of the new platform to get their feedback and make sure it responds to their needs and matches their expectations.
